This means we have jurisdiction to manage your logistics without compromising service for meeting quota, but also have the artillery of a Billion Dollar Company for insurance, buying power, and tech.After spending years at a mega-3PL, Stephen Scates wanted to start a practice that was more efficient, ethical, and cut out the politics that get in the way of the best possible customer experience.

Stephen entered the Logistics Industry in 2015, after graduating from the University of Georgia with a Degree in Finance. He worked with Kevin Nolan at NTG to cut his teeth and then worked as the Logistics Director for a Produce Brokerage out of Augusta, GA. Stephen started TAC in March of 2018, and has been focusing on major expansion since early 2024. “The vision is to take everything I have seen in this industry (the good and the bad), and optimize it for our clients, our carriers, and our employees. When it's a pleasure to do business on all of these levels, it seems that's when the most business comes”

Steven Still

Began his tenure with Tradd Advisory Company in January 2024. Steven is an accomplished transportation and logistics professional with over twelve years of industry experience. A graduate from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Steven previously served as a Director of Intermodal Operations at J.B. Hunt Transport and Vice President of Asset Management at another Third-Party Logistics firm.

Ryan is a seasoned logistics professional with experience in freight brokerage, fleet operations, terminal management, and full supply chain coordination. He began as a freight broker, built strong carrier relationships, and moved into managing large-scale fleet and terminal operations. Most recently, he led supply chain logistics for a national homebuilder. With experience at two Fortune 500 companies, Ryan now brings his strategic, results-driven expertise to Tradd Advisory Company.
